I agree with the patch. I'm sure some idiots will turn on the clamd
plugin without running clamd and wonder why they get no mail, but
oh well.
I agree with it too FWIW. If clamd is broken having mail get
postponed until the plugin disabled or clamd is fixed seems reasonable.
