qmail-inject and thus the qmail /usr/bin/sendmail replacement does,
but the "qmail the MTA" doesn't.
Yes, my bad. I used to use the queue patch to route messages from my
relay clients to qmail-inject to fix bad headers. I'd forgotten about
that.
