You could probably do it in qpsmtpd, but in my opinion you should fix the box which originates the mail. It always bad form to generate unreplyable mail.

My system is a SME 7 server (well known from some people here ;-) .

A little :-) If the originating host is itself an SME Server, either change its domain, or override the /var/qmail/control/{me,plushost,defaulthost,...} control files via custom templates to force the domain to something which is replyable.
