The main problem is that dspam expects ONE user at a time. If there are multiple recipients, we run into problems, I think.
There was a discussion some times ago, and Norman Maurer wrote a dspam plugin for qpsmtpd : http://dspam.nuclearelephant.com/dspam-users/1617.html but the URL is not responding anymore.
