Apache has been running with $self->autoflush(0);
added to Qpsmtpd::Postfix::open_cleanup() with no ill effects for a year or two now, and it has IME had a noticable impact on performance for queueing large emails. Any reason not to add it to qpsmtpd proper? -- Joe Schaefer
