I think that the sample code ("ms-lite") ties into discussions
we've had on this list before about the difference between qpsmptd
shipping "random" plugins, v.s. shipping consistent ones - that
all follow the same style, and use the same kind of transaction
notes.

Would you mind being a little more specific? All the links work just
fine for me. Thought I've seen some issues with different clients not
liking the *.repository.steve.org.uk links. I suspect my redirection
logic is subtly wrong.
Perhaps this will work:
