At the time I posted to QRP-L that if Issue 4 made it by August 1 I would donate $25 to QTH.NET, and if Issue #5 made it by September 1, I would donate another $25. I was hooted down as a cynic and troublemaker. Well, here it is, folks, September 5...guess what? Issue #4 isn't even out yet! I think AmQRP should donate $50 to QTH.NET, and then admit that they bit off more than they can chew and go back to being plain old NorCAL and NJQRP.
