Or, just to be contrarian(not that anyone here would do that) find software that we could use to start a CW only echolink....primarily as a means to offer code practice...since I can see it won't be too much longer before ARRL abondons even that.
Since cw would most likely create a small server load, I could host it.
I ain't smart enough to do the software.
