It's suddenly dawned on me that there is a way to create a mailing list that will be primarily QRP related.
I'll simply create QRP-NO and the first rule of the list is that QRP related posts are not allowed.
Human nature being what it is, I expect the list to be inundated with QRP related posts, and virtually no posts about OS wars, FCC regulations, virus checkers, etc.
