I thought ya'll might be interested in how well my ARRL director supports me via a simple request for information....it's a rather long post, since it's the entire thread between the two of us.
You'll notice that I dutifully made the request to "The Head Shed". It might be instructive if everyone on this list made the same request of their director.

I believe the Letter of Transmittal accompanying the Committee report mentioned an Ad Hoc HF Digital Committee Dissenting Recommendation.
Would it be possible for you to forward a copy of that recommendation to me for review?
