Could someone explain to that stupid b**** Caitlyn that WINLINK was not set up for Emergency Communication, unless you consider a bunch of yachting types passing email from their boats an "emergency." I have no idea why ARRL is all over it as the end all, be all for Emergency Comminucations. Why a proprietary mode that is licensed to a company not even in the USA?
