It seems that at least on of the troops(troupi?) in QRP-L is questioning the list and other activities staying on the QSL.NET server....it seems that in spite of the ever-present donation drive/raffles/begging the QSL system is overloaded.
Of course, one should never blame the Amateur Radio community for subscribing to the International Botherhood of Freeloaders.
