Oh that helps to explain a whole lot....I mean the stuff about his being
moderator for more than one group. You all should know of what I am
speaking about. i.e. There shouldn't be a reason to complain.
It's an interesting world we are in....Sexual predators are held in high regard,
victims of their vicious emails and other harrassment are punished by the
moderator, and buffoons are free to post misinformation in a publci forum.
One local talk show here labels such stuff as coming from Absurdistan...
Perhaps we could petition the ITU for recognition for Absurdistand and then all
become DX stations.
I got a big laugh over folks actually discussing using directional antennae to
located the stuck keys and lonng-time ditters....for a short time I thought
people on the list might be ready to use their skills to do something for the
amateur community.
Ah well, life is too complicated....I just found a mistake I made in a perl
script a year ago....and because one tends to overlook the obvious, I have
been pulling my hair out over the problem.
Finally, I invoked LaCosta's Rule:
In troubleshooting, ALWAYS begin by testing
for your own mistakes. If none found, test
for your equipment's failures, design flaws.
Had I done that a year ago.....oh well.
