qmail doesn't bind port 25, but tcpserver binds. Check your run script
for qmail-smtpd, you will see the keyword as 'smtp'. That is the port
you are looking for comes from /etc/services.
There is no connection between port number and qSheff since qmail
designed very tranparent. So no need to configure qSheff.
