[qsheff] how to qsheff.ignore

Dear All,

Sorry for asking again.cuz im stupid..
in Qsheff release 1 if i want to block every range of IP "80.xxx.xxx.xxx" i just simply add to "qsheff.wblist" with "REJECT 80.", in Qsheff Rel.II how can i do the same thing in "qsheff.ignore" file ?
