It is quite easy to make a rule in webmail (which I am using while on leave):


Log on
Create a folder eg Mailing lists
Choose Options from the bottom left pane



Expand Local Account by clicking on the little arrow/triangle



Click on Mail Filters (There is a Vacation message option as well)


Click on New Filter


Create a rule as you wish eg: Subject contains QSITE move to Mailing Lists 
folder
Save
