I would suppose that my reluctance to dive into VisioModeler was not having a good tutorial to get me started [and hooked]. I have discovered an outstanding tutorial <http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8yMmTTbc-Ss&feature=related> on YouTube; it has three logical parts and, if you understand ORM theory and normalisation, you can see that VisioModeler just works. Im almost over the way ternary facts are represented in VisioModeler (compared to the traditional graphic); i.e., before a colleague told me about qsite (about two weeks ago) teaching ICTs was a lonely mission; my toe is just about free from under my rock.
