We've adopted the UNESCO framework but we haven't had time to do much in
the way of implementing it. Our first step was to purchase a licence to
Atomic Learning (flexible and individual PD). We are now looking at a
structured PD program for the year.

The most difficult challenge is accommodating all of your teachers and
their stages of development, because they all have different preferred
learning styles, work commitments and confidence levels, so you need a
range of strategies.

Subject: [qsiteict] model for IT professional development

Hi

I'm wondering if someone might be able to show me a successful model for
IT professional development.

In my mind, I'm thinking more on application use, rather than
pedagogical issues (although I concede the importance). I know EQ
schools have their Digital Pedagogy Licence.

I'm keen to find out what other schools have done to assist teachers to
take advantage of some of the resources they now have.

Look forward to your responses.

Paul
