hi guys, on the hunt for an old cartoon / picture that was floating around years, maybe even decades ago..hoping that someone has a copy.or can help out....its about problem solving and applying for a new swing....it has a series of little pictures showing how, often, when bureaucracy takes over, things get complicated and the end swing put in is unworkable, not want was wanted and overly expensive...
