Hi, I started using Jing (http://www.techsmith.com/jing/) a little at the start of the year, which is free from the makers of Camtasia.
I've just had a look at the suggestion from Jason though (www.screencast-o-matic.com) and like the look of this a lot. Especially the fact there is no need to install.
