Turnitin would have to be the most popular. It can be incorporated into the assignment submission procedures in both Blackboard and Moodle. In Blackboard, you just create a "Turnitin" item. The teacher then just gets a plagiarism report after the students upload their assignments. Works very well- if a little slow.
