Hi ,

         There’re some sh.exe in my system PATH. It seems that is solved by 
check Project->clear system  <javascript:void(0);> environment  
<javascript:void(0);> variable check box. 

Now it is building.

Please open the .pro file and check its build settings in project mode. There 
is a section there that can be used to show the environment the build will 
happen in.

Check the PATH variable there and make sure there is no sh.exe in any of these 
directory.

Please run qmake after changing the path variable and try building again.
