[Qt-creator] Cannot build multi-arch bundles (QMake)

QtC 11.0.2, Qt 5.15.15, QMake

Cannot build multi-arch bundles - it doesn't matter which archs are 
selected, the displayed effective qmake call doesn't change and always 
only builds for arm64-v8a

this breaks my workflow

unfortunately the displayed qmake call cannot be changed

perhaps there's another workaround ?
