Install the Qt SDK with the msvc libs. After installation it tells your
which msvc tools you need to install.
(Probably the MS SDK, but I do not remeber the correct name or the link)
You do not need any Visual Studio installed. The compiler and debugging
tools are provided for free (without the IDE).
And if you really want to compile 64 bit you need to recompile Qt itself
for 64 bit.
