Hi,

I'm a long-time fan of Qt and very much excited by the recent changes
towards more availability (including the great licence move). Following
the "Qt Everywhere" motto, I started showing off Qt via the SDK and Qt
Creator to some colleagues. I see quite a few cases where it could
really help us. However, one decisive advantage in a business
environment is to be able to install it *without admin privileges*,
otherwise we have to go through an extensive review/authorization
process, which will most likely never succeed when there are other
well-known (read: Microsoft-supported) options available.

I don't know why the latest release now requires admin privileges, but I
think this is a very bad idea. I hope it is at least possible to make it
optional. The previous version already works fairly well without, I'd be
ready to lose some functions for the sake of simply being able to use it
at all!

Best regards and thanks for the excellent tools you provide,

Nicolas
