Thanks a lot, very useful.
Is it possible to integrate native Symbian code in Qt Creator ? (e.g. for SMS or GPS handling for example, that doesnt exists yet in Qt). I suppose yes, I believe it just a matter of project configuration. You still need a lot of things installed + the emulator - so it's still far from what you're asking - but it's a very exciting start and 'winscw' is not going to be there forever, I suppose. <http://developer.symbian.org/wiki/index.php/Qt_Creator_with_the_Symbian_Pla tform> http://developer.symbian.org/wiki/index.php/Qt_Creator_with_the_Symbian_Plat form Cheers, Salvatore 2009/9/21 Cedric NICOLAS <[email protected]> Hi, Does someone knows if there is a plan to port Qt for S60 in Qt Creator ? Using the kit in Eclipse works but the environment is heavy to configure and overall very slow in Run or Debug (Emulator takes minutes to start...). Qt Creator is much much efficient. Regards,
