Well it's probably easy to make the ptxdist backend more generic to support different types of embedded build systems. So if you are interested in joining forces i would definetly be interested. It shouldn't be to hard to add OE support i guess. Currently QT creator depends on the existence of qmake. It would be nice to have the backend/toolchain detection even without that.
