I can not send you my path now cause I am at home. But this error means that the environment can not find qtcore4.dll, that can mean that there is missing Qt installation beside Jambi or the directory containing qtcore4.dll and qt*.dll is not set in path. This can be set on windows control panel, system, advanced settings, environment variables, but to take effect the eclipse must be most probably restarted. (And also com_troltech_*.dll must be in the path.)
