Yes, they are the same. Both qtjambi-examples-VERSION.jar and
qtjambi-VERSION.jar are plain java without any native ties. I'll add a
note to the deployment docs to clarify this.

Since the .jar files are generated on different operating systems there
may be some text content that has different line endings, but thats the
only difference, and that is of no relevance for deployment. If you diff
the content, you should see that there is no difference.
