it took me a bit longer, i had some problems getting my programs to work on Linux. However unfortunately i don't see the error happening there at all.


At first we prevented these JVM crashes by calling "System.exit(0);" after "QApplication.exec();" but that solution ceased to work after a jambi update.

I actually gave this a try, however without much success, as you wrote before. Honestly the only thing that really bugs me about the exception at shutdown is that it brings up the Apple CrashReporter ... as said before this is in non-user code, the state of my application and all documents are saved correctly so there is nothing to worry about.

Would it be possible to install some terminate handlers on OSX through qt-jambi that would catch the exception? should i recompile qtjambi and try to install them upon qapplication.initialize?
