Rene, about styles - some distributions already have their QtJambi
packages. For example my SUSE distro can use any of my KDE4 themes,
including bespin, oxygen and QtCurve. But it's as Philipp said because
it was compiled with certain version of Qt for certain distribution,
but not the "ever-working" version in jar file.
