OK, I have some more news: * Everything now compiles, including OpenGL examples. What isn't mentioned in the docs is that jogl is needed for them to compile at all. * The clean target now finally cleans everything up. * The generator's segfault has been cured by a workaround. * Everything compiles against the 4.6-stable branch of qt, up to commit 52aef13521af2137db15ee878893f5c5150471e5.
Items 3 and 4 have obliged me to dig into the generator itself, which I didn't really want to do, but I have noticed a few things: * the QGesture API needs to be mapped entirely; * Java's generics aren't used: these could be used for instance in the setUniformValueArray() methods of opengl, instead of having x_int, x_uint, etc. Both need skills far beyond my current knowledge... And I'm not done with the build system yet. -- Francis Galiegue, [email protected] "It seems obvious [...] that at least some 'business intelligence' tools invest so much intelligence on the business side that they have nothing left for generating SQL queries" (Stéphane Faroult, in "The Art of SQL", ISBN 0-596-00894-5) _______________________________________________ Qt-jambi-interest mailing list [email protected] http://lists.trolltech.com/mailman/listinfo/qt-jambi-interest
