Hi, I read that the Location API abstracts the GeoClue library for positioning, and defaults to using Gypsy for the device driver... is this only for the Meego platform? Shouldn't desktop also use this sort of implementation (not sure if it already does). I'd like to use gpsd on Linux with the Location API out of the box; this would be possible if GeoClue was used for the desktop variant as well, since GeoClue supports gpsd as well as Gypsy on the desktop. Sorry if I'm overlooking the obvious, it's hard to find information on this.
