If you check out the bug report you merely deploy 4 more text files into Qt's build directory. Those text files tell Qt where to find Mobility. >I thought I might be missing something here, but its not the case. >Anyway, I was assuming that Nokia Qt SDK 1.0 wasn't a beta release so it >shouldn't have unfixed bugs - atleast not the basic ones - like build >inconsistencies. It's unfortunate that this bug slipped through the net. I am very sorry about that. However at the end of the day we all make mistakes at some stage. >Why doesn't Nokia make an instant release of the fixed version? and >replace the version that is live now? Any hassles from doing that? That's a question I cannot answer as it is SDK specific. Somebody on the SDK mailing list might be able to tell you. >PS: Is this thing documented in any visible area from where the Nokia SDK >1.0 be downloaded by developers across the globe? It was communicated on the SDK mailing list and the mentioned bug report is globally visible as well. In addition Forum Nokia had quite a few related discussions too, for example: http://discussion.forum.nokia.com/forum/showthread.php?203983-undefined-reference-to-QtMobility -- Alex >On Thu, Aug 19, 2010 at 9:39 AM, <[email protected]> wrote: > > > > > >-----Original Message----- > >From: ext Picachu Nioto [mailto:[email protected]] > > >Nokia Qt SDK is what I have installed after seeing Lucian Tomuta's >video > >about Qt development.
