QtCreator 2.1 won't have support for Qt Components. We'll start to 
support these in 2.2 (which is the current master branch of creator, 
feel free to check it out ... but remember it's still in heavy development).

PS: The Text editor / debugger should work fine, of course. But it 
requires some work to make the QtComponent elements working in Design 
mode, which we won't do for 2.1.
