My apologies, I forgot that we recently reshuffled all those examples. If you 
have the latest copy the example is there. If your copy is a little older you 
might find it as examples/declarative/dynamicscene. And if you have an ancient 
copy, like the beta, that example can be found in 
examples/declarative/dynamic.

Note that the variety of tweaks we've made to QML since the beta includes the 
dynamic creation functions moving around a little. So if you get the latest Qt 
Declarative before you write your QML now, you'll need fewer changes when you 
update your Qt Declarative next.
