This is not as perfect as it was. At least with Qt. I still remember that times of Qt3 when it was possible to use X11 forwarding even through ADSL connection. Now Qt4 is maybe slowest toolkit for this. Even Windows apps launched with Wine works much faster faster. And it looks like Qt5 will be even slower... -- WBR, Dmitry
