The bug that causes you to have to run gprconfig separately, specifying --target. That's a bug in the binary gprbuild that you installed; the default target doesn't match gcc -dumpmachine. But since gprbuild was not packaged with gcc, the "bug" is really just your version choices, so there's nothing to report.
