Determining desktop: Success: wmctrl -m
Failures: xprop -root echo $XDG_CURRENT_DESKTOP env Is there another way to find qtile as the desktop without having to install wmctrl? Looking for something that would be default for most installations. For context, this is an issue I am having using a plugin in Sublime Text that checks for the desktop before using specific commands that are dependent upon the OS and DE, i.e. open, xdg-open, exo-open. I can hard-code the plugin to use qtile by default but I would like to have it be dynamic. -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "qtile-dev" group.
