Hi all,

I think we will be tagging 0.8 soon (i.e. the next two weeks or so)
assuming nobody objects with any release blockers.

The cffi work has matured (thanks to Sean Vig who has helped quite a
bit there) and there are several of us testing it; I've switched full
time. There is still one known issue with Roger's new clipboard
widget, but other than that qtile seems to work fairly well for me at
least. More testing is welcome; a short guide is:

1. install xcffib (you need to build from source as I haven't uploaded
a release with all the fixes yet).
2. install git clone -b xcb https://github.com/flacjacket/cairocffi
3. install git clone -b cffi https://github.com/tych0/qtile
4. report any bugs you find :)

The road map is that I will tag 0.8 shortly, and then the primary
focus of the next release will be switching to cffi. Once we're happy
with that, I'll probably tag 0.9 and then maybe we can think about a
1.0 release.

Tycho
