I can't seem to see anything in my logs... I've tried with the qtile.desktop file copied into the xsessions thing, lightdm, the dm I was using (I usually use startx not a dm), recognised it but would just return me to the login page if I tried to use it.
With startx, I put "exec qtile" into ~/.xinitrc but that would result in an error if I ran startx. When I tried "sudo startx" it sent me to a blank screen where I could right click and select apps and window managers to boot up, but it only showed awesomewm (the one I'm using rn) I'm running raspbian 10 on a Raspberry Pi Model B Rev 2 (so debian based and qtile not in the repos.) This means that I've have to use pip for everything and I'm not sure that pip has ingerated qtile into my system. -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "qtile-dev" group.
