What does you log say?
Usually you find it at ~/.local/share/qtile/qtile.log


Everything seems to work okay, I get a wallpaper (as you will see in my
config) using he built in screen function in qtile. I cannot seem to get
picom to run though. i decided to try

hook then add the link to picom. here are my files:

Make sure you have set the execution bit on the autostart.sh
