release, my apologies.

I did not expressed correctly myself, like memory I would like MB instead 
of B.

I did tried this syntax, ==> format = '  ↓ {down:<3} ↑ {up:<3}', 
It did not fixed it for me, maybe i'm missusing it... It doest change when 
switching from B to kB
