With monadtall layout :
* The stable version (v0.17.0) of qtile doesn't allow to add on top of
the stack. The "new_at_current" key allows you only to choose
between before or after the active window,
* The latest version of qtile allows it with the "new_client_position"
key : /layout.MonadTall(new_client_position='top')/
I personly enjoy it with the "bottom" value, don't hesitate to share
feedback if you try this new option.
