Short answer: No. Longer answer: No, but you can increase `scroll_wait_intervals`. However that just changes the amount of time before the message disappears. It doesn't continue scrolling.
The code could obviously be modified to allow this so, if anyone wants to have a go at doing this, I'd be happy to review a PR.
