You are transferred from your personal wheelchair to a special "Aisle Chair" 
that is on 4 tiny wheels and you are belted.  The Aisle Chair, is narrow 
enough to travel down the aisle to your assigned seat.  As previously mentioned, 
some airlines call it a straight back chair.  All of the airlines have several.
