An officer - Officer Polo - submitted a false report on me.Although I have a tendency to believe he is not the one who lied. I have a gut feeling that it was a social worker who works for County Supervisor John Flynn. Do any of u know if i need court order in order to get a record on myself?I had to get my State Senator's office involved- the DA for the City of Oxnard said there was nothing he could do about it. My wife says the Chief sent a letter already. We have not seen a letter.
