My husband & I are Dr Phil fans. His wife has done shows (real with humor) on relief from menopause and horomones from hell.
My sister went through 10 yrs of peri-menopause and now, at age 55, still has the hot flashes. Much of the advice is the same and good.

As a start ... go to Wal-mart or Target before summer is over to get one of those misty bottles with fans on them. Come in all sizes and work well and cheap!
