That former dictator has been in our possession for almost 6 months and away

And we continue to remain there supporting the new government, as we are in Afghanistan. The people using car bombs have been targeting Iraqi police stations and Iraqi citizens applying for jobs. Should we just leave now that the dictator has been captured?
