For those who need it, should have it, its worth the 7-12 bucks. In many cases the shots are free to those who are in need. I started a couple of years ago and am pleased with my healthy self. I don't get flu, colds, jammed toes, food poisoning, hang nails and have yet to be bitten by snake, spider or a hungry mosquito.
